Construction: Frame is solid Gmelina wood, top and shelf top has engineered wood panels and is hand-wrapped in woven raffia, a durable straw-like material with distinctive markings and subtle tonal variations in the dyeing process that makes each piece truly unique. Features a clear lacquer finish of ww vinyl 20 sheen designed to protect the raffia while keeping a natural and textured feel to the piece. For cleaning Raffia, use a dry cloth or paint brush to remove dust. Raffia is a natural material that is inherently heat and humidity resistant. All our Raffia has a topcoat of clear lacquer to give added protection against stains, spills and fraying without removing the natural texture and feel of raffia. If any fraying occurs, just simply cut the portion of fray with scissors.
